"Made an online appt waited 45 min for stylist to be done with another client for her to tell me she can't cut my daughters hair cause she has another appt. And it won't be fair to the other client. Was told that they are not informed by online appointments, which makes no sense as to why it's on their website. Supposably another stylist was coming in and never showed up....Never again."

"I am not a rude person but I wasn’t happy on the result of highlights, not even. I went to other walmart before and I was pleased on the highlights she did. I paid a little more at the other salon but it was worth it. I bought a permanent color and redo it myself. She is nice though I can give her that. To the owner who’s asking where it says on my review 9451 fm 1960 I recently did a highlights. The one that did a great job no longer working in Atascocita."

"I came in today 3.5.2022 @12.25p. I waited to get my hair done all this time and the lady 2.p came in after 2:30p and says she has to do her appt. I said Ma'am I been here since before you started your 12:30 appt this is unacceptable! I see why the turn over rate is so high here. There's never more than one person working. These so called stylist need to be aware of time management. Very important when styling someone hair. I'll never come back here! All I wanted was my hair curled. To wait almost 3hr????? Hell to the No!"

"Was charged for a hidden miscellaneous charge when I shouldn't have been I just got a regular haircut. My hairstylist was vulgar too. Never going back, my haircut was nice though. When I asked her why there was a miscellaneous charge she said it was because she used clippers and shears which made no sense, and nothing was listed anywhere on their window stating such a charge. It was a normal haircut, something underhanded may definetly be going on here. Very disappointed by my visit and I feel like I was scammed almost, she then loudly asked if I could afford it so everyone in the store could hear her, embarrassing me. And even videod me as I walked out of the store. What the hell??"

"Recently moved to the area and needed a new salon. I figured this was a convenient location. So I walked in and talked with a stylist and she requested I come back in an hour. I returned in 50 minutes, I wanted to make sure I was not late. She was still working on a customer, which was ok. However, she never acknowledged me, when I returned. When she finished the other customer, she took another client. She never said anything to me or ask me to wait, reschedule etc. So I sat patiently and after an hour and 15 minutes of her saying nothing I just got up and walked out. At this point there were 2 stylist in salon and no one said a word. I decided to give the salon a second try...this time I called and made an appointment in advance. Got there 5 minutes before, this was a different stylist this time. When I walked in neither one of the stylist greeted me. I walked over and told them...I had made an appointment. She then said, "oh ok, have a seat over at shampoo bowl". I did, she laid me back and turned water on.. wet the back of my hair. And said, " oh wait..let me finish my other client". Laying there, hair wet. I waited. When she finally shampooed my hair, it was horrible, my hair was not sufficiently shampooed and very rushed. She didn't comb my hair out properly. Yanking and pulling it out. The blow dry was not done properly because the roots were still very damp. I did not want my hair styled, just shampoo, condition and blow dry. Simple. I was going to put it up in a ponytail. I was also charged $38 dollars for this horrible service. Bottom line, I don't have a problem paying and tipping generously. But the customer service, styling service and atmosphere needs major improving. Customer service is so important. I know this...because I too was a stylist for 24 years, retired now. However I know that, if I ever presented this type of attitude when I worked. I would have never lasted 24 years. Hopefully the right people will see this, and implement some much needed training."
