"I'd like to provide some feedback on my experience with our toddler. It was a poorly performed haircut. The front literally looked as if someone just took a scissor and ran across the top of his forehead without even giving a full inch for combing sideways. Good that he's not a big kid, because that'd be begging to get bullied. In fact, even after a few weeks we're not able to style his hair. There was a reason we chose Sweet & Sassy over Super or Pro Cuts - perhaps a mistake. Very disappointed! [Update: Store management gave us a refund and was nice enough to ask us to come back for "fixing" it - except that I was thinking to myself, "there's not much hair left to fix". Oh well.."
