"Very upset when I left the dollar. General On Frankfort near Erskine . In a space of me walking into store, grabbing a alcoholic drink and walking to the counter took less than a minute. And when I did not have my identification. What's the car in a free? Went outside the cafe for me. I'm 50 by the way but I think all this stated. When my friend went back in there? Say made mention that I stolen something from the store. But and because the buzzer went off when I went out. My friend feverally said something about it. And then also there was 2 people walking out at the same time. No one in their right, mind would commit a theft., and then it comes back to discuss it with a proprietor. . I'm banned from the store that always used. Any Comments."

"I went to the store today and the door is close and lock and the light are on there is no workers at all and it’s December 28th it’s not time for y’all to take day off it’s not new year yet y’all are supposed be open I go to that store mostly everyday ever since my best friend Tony left for a other job the new workers are lazy all the section is dirty and messy y’all need some real worker that want to work especially needing nice people like Tony and misty I love them they are sweet I seen white skinny young girl and black new girl she young playing around this is not a play ground it’s a job !"

"This used to be a beautiful, clean and organized store when it first opened. I shopped there all the time. I don't know who owns, or is responsible for this store but it needs a complete overhaul. It's dirty, messy, unorganized and as of yesterday I had to manually open and close the doors. WHAT is that all about??? Please get that fixed. Over the past year the employees have been expected to stock shelves, man the register and they are working ALONE. I'm very concerned about their safety and I wouldn't blame any of them if they just up and quit. Please make that store what it can be, and take better care of your VALUABLE employees."

"Did all of my shopping. 1 employee only near 5 pm on a Friday having to do all of the sticking alone. No checkout personal. I am disabled and it take me a lot to do personal shopping as it is. I went to check myself out because again..... NO CASHIER. They don't take cash at the self check out. Customers are not employees!!!!!!!! You lost income and if you get robbed the insurance company should know you made everything fully accessible and open to be taken."

"When this store opened in our neighborhood, it was really nice and organized. Now since this new manager took over, store not organized, crates on the floor, clutter, shelves empty. It's going on 2 years shelves are empty, never been stocked since new manager and employees took over. Boxes blocking the aisles. So you can't blame the economy, because other stores here in Lubbock are welled stocked. Need someone to take care of the store who knows what they are doing"
