"I had the worst experience ever. They tell me some obvious lie that a radiologist is needed because my son’s ultrasound was special and that’s why they had to re schedules his appointment twice, no consideration of others lives. As a nurse who worked alongside radiologist I know for a fact that’s a lie and no radiologist is needed. Now I go in office to try and get results and they say that can’t see my son after waiting an hour that he won’t be able to see him because they don’t have a report. Never has a surgeon needed a report to confirm what they can see with their own two eyes, radiologists are amazing but they can miss one thing and a surgeon should be the one to catch it and he can’t even read an ultrasound? Oh and the best part that they would call me with results since they know I have a busy schedule and that a Medical Assistant would tell me results over phone!!! Since when does a MA get to give results to a patient over the phone. I don’t care if it’s with a doctors directive. If something surgical is needed and I have questions she won’t know how to answer my questions. I will be filing a formal grievance complaint, followed up with insurance complaint for lack of network acquisition and failure to provide service. Thank you for nothing"

"We've done everything that's been asked of us. Waiting to see if a operation will be scheduled. Don't expect a phone call, they will never reach out to you, phones don't work, and none of the other offices know how to contact him or staff if you need them. So disappointing. My daughter wasted a year, had her hopes crushed. Maybe, it's for the better. How great of a surgeon can he be if this is how he runs his practice. I won't be calling anymore, you shouldn't either. Consider it a blessing in disguise. I'm honestly more angry at her doctor that suggested this person. I think they get a cut. Post a review on his Facebook and anywhere possible. He wasted our time."

"I've been calling since Sept. 12 to try and reschedule an appt my 6 yr old had due to us having thr flu, NO ANSWER!! WHAT'S THE POINT OF YOU HAVING A NUMBER IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO ANSWER!? This is ridiculous!! What's the point of sending text messages with a phone number to reschedule or get info as needed if again YOU DON'T ANSWER!!"

"TWICE they called to tell me THE DAY OF pre-registration that the surgery would be cancelled so no pre-registration was needed that day!! Twice already on the way to the hospital; taking time off work and school. They have no consideration to call in advance. And forget trying to call their office!! No one ever answers or the phones don't work. I had to call another department to send an email for a call back. Don't waste your time! I'd give zero stars if I could. Based on prior reviews this isn't a one time thing. This is habitual unprofessional business practices."

"Was referred to Dr for my daughters surgery. My husband took her and was told to call for orders and scheduled surgery date. I called and authorization was not ready then they called to reschedule and was given an appointment then they told me to check in for confirmation I called and called and called no one answered at all it was so frustrating. They said they would call me if appointment was good to go. They didn’t I had no missed calls or even a voicemail. So then I get a call stating The Dr is waiting to see my daughter for surgery the day of in a voicemail so unprofessional."
