"It's a shame I have to give John Tan a 1 star because he is an excellent dentist but I cannot say the same about the office. The office refuses to take accountability when medical records are written incorrectly and dismisses their patients when we tell them they're incompetent and don't know what they're doing in the medical records."
"I had to get a broken tooth extracted, I called them and they took me right in. I was in and out in 40 minutes. Dr Tan explained everything to me. The staff was friendly and professional."
"The receptionist on 2/2/2024 kept disconnecting the phone. I was calling to confirm my appointment in which she stated no need to confirm your appointment has been canceled. EXCUSE ME? The receptionist disconnecting the call and when asked to speak to someone else she said she is only one. Worst experience ever and I have came here for years."
"I went on Sunday to take my daughter for a bad pain in her wisdom tooth. Front desk ladies are very friendly and nurses very very helpful explain all the procedure. Dentist explained the opciones that she had and he ended up removing her tooth. We were there in less than an hour. Thank you so much"
"I've been a patient with this office for over six years. Obviously I have been keeping up with my cleanings and check ups every six months. I just recently scheduled an appt. for a cleaning and the clerk just advised me that " I have to see the dentist" even though I just need a cleaning. I just saw the dentist 3 months ago for a crown on one of my teeth. Everything is fine, no pain, no discomfort. I just need a cleaning, but they want to charge me for the dentist to see me. Vanessa, the office manager is very rude. This is robbery, not healthcare. Very disappointed in Xpress Dental. Thanks, but no thanks."
