"Horrible experience with the Dr (an Asian--sorry didn't get his name), staff was friendly until I was taken to the back and Dr came in. He explained the x-rays and what I need to have done on my teeth. I went over just to confirm and he was VERY RUDE and told me, Did you not understand what I just said!! He made unnecessary comments about my job, since i was wearing my company shirt. I would not recommend this place to nobody. Look for a place where they truly care and respect their customers. First impressions matter because you will NEVER get another chance to treat me like that again."

"WORST experience EVER. Staff was extremely rude and the assistants are not very knowledgeable what’s so ever! They do not explain anything before hand, just got walked back to room after X-rays and left waiting for doctor to arrive.. had my appointment at 9 AM and didn’t see the doctor till almost 10:30am!! As I waited for doctor to step in I could see the room was not properly sanitized and there was still debris from a prior patient!! Once doctor stepped in you could he’s in a rush to get you out! Does not listen to your concerns and ALWAYS cuts you off and talks to you as if you were a child! So rude!! He has no PATIENCE WITH ADULTS. MUCH LESS WITH KIDS!! Please do not bring in your kids here!! They will leave traumatized! Even 1 star is too much to give them. 0 stars in my eyes!!!"

"I had a great experience here. The assistant Brenda was very friendly and respectful and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! I asked the front staff for her as my assistant due to the good reviews, and they were definitely right! She’s an amazing assistant, she’s caring and courteous and definitely lived up to the expectation. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend."

"To say my experience at Games was amazing is a complete understatement! I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. I have never felt so comfortable and most of all pleased with the wonderful service that was provided to me. Especially by the awesome assistant who helped me out, Brenda. She was able to explain everything thoroughly and did an excellent job from the beginning till the end of my visit.
