"I went in this place at 2:15! I asked if they accepted walk ins, for a cleaning. and the lady in the front said yes, that someone had cancelled their appt so they could take me in. I got X-rays and since I’m a new patient the doctor had to see me before my clean up. He got held up with a patient and the lady in the front kindly told me he was going to take longer than usual since something came up with his current patient. I almost rescheduled but I ended up waiting a little longer. Around 4:10 the doctor saw me and did his thing. They take me to the front again and spoke to me about co-pays and what procedures I needed. Then one of the ladies proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t be getting a cleaning at all today since the dental hygienist gets busy around this time! I was so mad! Why not just tell me when I was trying to reschedule that I wouldn’t be getting any cleanings at all. I just left. Never going there again. To the lady in the front, you were the only reason I decided to stay and wait. After 2 hours. I left at 4:30 and all They did was X-rays"
