"Briden Dental is about one of the worst places I've been in McAllen relating to medical facilities. The office is clean but the staff is not friendly. They do their job but I don't even know the dentist name because she didn't introduce herself. Okay, I have periodontal disease and could have taken better care of my teeth but with Sjogrens (which this office had no clue about) you can do everything right and still end up with periodontal. I grind my teeth at night no discussion about this, well no discussion about anything unless you were going to pay for there're program."

"My son had dental surgery here. His wisdom teeth were extracted. The office staff were polite and he was checked in quickly. My son felt that the surgeon was very competent. The nurse went over post op procedures very clearly. We got a letter for absence from school not only for the day of surgery but also for the entire recovery period of 4 days. The only bad thing about this place is the phone service which is appalling! Even the central customer service office doesn't answer calls. And there is no way to tell which day the clinic is open."
"Changed Denists due to my previous dentist not taking my new insurance. I'm glad I did! The Hygenist that took my appointment was great and very friendly. I can't say I've had a better experience when going to the dentist. I recommend Brident Dental 100%. Not dreading going to the dentist anymore!"
