"The doctors here are AMAZING, but the quality of staff other than them is mediocre. In the last year, I’ve had horrible customer service experiences with the front office staff and the staff that work with verifying insurance. Monica, amongst others, have consistently given attitude when verifying insurance, rescheduling appointments, etc. I’ve experienced this both first hand and from the experiences shared by friends that I have that are still patients at Dental Park. I will be transferring to another office, and I would recommend that anyone looking to become a patient here consider other options that offer quality customer service from the front desk all the way to the doctors."

"Best dentist please ever!!!! I’ve been to multiple, but none have treated me or made me feel comfortable like they do! All ages come to this place and you can feel the welcoming approach from all the staff. They really do their best in taking care of everyone. The front desk lady Miss was very helpful in making an exception for me to come in to my 9am appointment, Jerry was super nice and right away took care of me! Doctor Young Jo, was super patient and kind and explained everything throughout the procedure and remembered me from last time! Doctor Jennifer is always so kind, funny and makes me feel comfortable every time I come, she always remembers our convos!
