"The doctor is good, but the front office needs attention. What's the point of appointments if they are not honored. If you know you are a specialist and take long why over book or make appointment slots that won't be respected. In this time and age, proper planning and patient satisfaction should trump overlooking and upset patients and family."

"Her staff is rude in particular the front receptionist (not ganna mention her name) I was waiting on the line for 10+ min for them to answer me from hold which they indeed did not tell me to hold they just automatically put me on hold. I made my way to the office while I was still on hold get there and in my head I was “why the hell was I in hold for sooo long” if the office was empty and the front receptionist was not busy assisting other patients nor on the call with someone else. before that I had called to verify my referral appointment with an imaging center. I told another staff lady (not ganna mention her name) and she basically had me call other imaging centers to see who had sooner appointments. Isn’t that their job??? I called DHR where they had originally scheduled me and the lady from DHR told me they had sooner appointment they just couldn’t schedule me sooner because the neurologist staff need to request authorization, Call it in so the appointment can be moved up and when I told the front receptionist this, she completely ignored me and said she was going to refer me elsewhere.. it doesn’t make any sense when they can just easily do what I mentioned above. I’ll be giving them one more chance before I tell my PCP to refer me to another neurologist."

"Dr. Mireles refuses to see patients in her office. She won’t listen to the patients needs and is rude. I don’t understand how she can give a full diagnosis without seeing the patient in person! She also continued to try and give me a medication that I did not need. I started seeing her because my neurologist retired but I have stopped seeing her and will never recommend anyone to her office."

"Dr was very patient and thorough. My migraines have noticeably reduced since starting her treatment plan. I am thankful that she gave me samples while waiting for my insurance to authorize the medication."

"Dr. Gloria Mireles is very unprofessional. Appointment was held via phone. When I started to talk about my medical concern, she kept interrupting to remind me that this was only a 15 minute consultation. I kept asking her for answers to my medical concerns. Dr. Mireles kept saying time is almost up and hurried me to end the appointment. I did ask if for the next appointment could we meet face to face. She indicated that she was not accepting any face to face meetings nor via telehealth. About 5 minutes after appointment had finished, receptionist called to say that Dr. Mireles was recommending that I see the neurologist that had seen me at the hospital. Furthermore, Dr. Mireles would not be prescribing any medication. Dr. Mireles billed for this consultation but provided no medication or recommendations for medical concern. Although she did not even deserve one star, I had to check one star in order to post."
