"This place has a fantastic staff. They are all super friendly and helpful every time I’m here. The site manager, Chase, makes sure to take care of all the customers and helps out tremendously! After bouncing from multiple car washes, I finally found one I’m going to stick with!! The only thing I wish was that they gave teacher discounts!"
"Had to run my car through twice and bird stuff still on it. The person who guided me in the the wash area did not use brush on the back of my van like other employees do. Also very few of vacuums work. So they got new equipment on inside of the car wash just need to improve outside. Hurst and Lake Worth much better locations than Saginaw."
"Worst $24 I spent. The pricing for Zips has gone up quite a bit and I expected more than what I got. Truck did not come out clean. Tire shine machine only worked on one side. The side that was working put so much on the tire that it splattered al down the side of my truck. This location was so much better when it was Jett Express."
"I'd rate zero stars if I could. If I have a monthly membership shouldnt I be able to use the anytime I want? The last 2 times l've came here this guy runs and I mean runs to shut off the vacuums before thev're even closed. That's not a way to treat a monthly paying customer. I should have stopped coming here after they damaged some guys truck when the roller got caught on the hood and refused to help pay for damages. Genuinely need new workers. Y’all close at 8. Not 7:50."
