"They were supposed to come out at a certain time to repair a windshield they had just installed a few days ago, but never showed up. I call them an hour later to see where they are and they said they would call right back, but never did. Now they will no longer answer my phone calls. Poor customer service. Do not recommend."

"Made an appointment with Hector for Saturday morning. He never called And told me that the technician was running behind. I called him 1hr after the 3 hr window he gave and Hector recommended that I rescheduled for Sunday and he would personally install the windshield. I called Hector Sunday morning to follow up and Hector told me he would be at my house in 45 mins only never to show up . Would not recommend this company to anyone ."

Hector was very courteous on the phone offering great flexibility to have my windshield replaced when it was convenient for me. George, the technician, met with me prior to repair to confirm what I wanted done. Whole process took less than an hour."
