"Waited 30 minutes at the tire center for them to tell me they cant take me in. They said they saw me and was backed up but it took them 30 minutes to tell me anything. Horrible customer service. Then tried to set a appointment for the next day and said they couldn't, it is first come first serve"

I was refused by the manager because he said that my tires are older than 5 years and they cannot touch it. They should not have advertised and sold me lifetime warranty then.
