Take 5 Oil Change

"Horrible service and customer service. The last 2 times I've been. 1st time they don't have the oil for my vehicle because they only get enough oil for one car a month on my vehicle type. So I had to drive to another location. This 2nd time that I went they had the oil but no filter when I asked them to call the next closes store I was told they are working on a car and can't check. But was told by another employee you can go to the one on S. Hulen. I told her who wants to drive 45 minutes away for a oil change she then said well we can't do anything then. So I left. Very sad because I really liked the Saginaw location."

"SCAMMERS!!!!! I recently visited Take 5 for a routine vehicle inspection, expecting a straightforward process. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. During the inspection, the inspector, Andrew, insisted that I replace my perfectly fine wiper blade, which later I discovered was unnecessary. Not only was I misled into unnecessary maintenance, but I was also charged an exorbitant $30 for the replacement. As a consumer who values honesty and fair practices, I cannot overlook such deceptive behavior. While I cannot say for certain whether he acted alone or if this is a systematic issue within Take 5, I urge the management to thoroughly investigate this matter. Customers work hard for their money and deserve to be treated with respect and integrity. Instances like these undermine trust and tarnish the reputation of businesses. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be cautious when dealing with Take 5. Transparency and accountability are essential in maintaining consumer confidence and loyalty."

"I've gone to Take 5 in Saginaw twice now, my first experience was great but my second was even better. From the minute they greeted me, to the minute I left the staff was top knoch and so kind. I appreciate how respectful , patient, and hard working they were. They turned my hour wait into a 30 minute in and out experience. The line was long, and they brought me a water immediately and opened up a bay for my big car. 100/10 service."

"Pulled in and the wait was 40-50 min which I was fine with. They did the oil change and I look at the invoice for what was done and they stated they filled my windshield wiper fluid and cleaned my windshield but not once touched my windshield. I actually saw the tech open the windshield fluid cap and then close it immediately after. Oil change was quick but don’t lie and say you did something that you didn’t."
