"Went in to get new wiper blades. Before I could even open the book to search for what I needed, Donato asked if he could help. He then looked it up in the computer and advised I needed 2 different sizes. I decided to go out and pull off what was already on the car to make sure, and in doing so realized my car had a special adapter. He made sure to open the package for the brand that had this adapter. After ringing up the purchase, I expected to just head out to the parking lot and put them on myself. Instead he grabbed them and said let's go put these on. He even had me check to make sure they worked after install. I tried to tip him for the service but he refused. I am leaving this review instead so he gets acknowledged. This store went above and beyond to provide great customer service and that's not common these days. Thank you again."

"I needed a new windshield wiper on a rainy day. Don helped me figure out which blade was correct for my car and even offered to replace it for me while it was raining. I was in and out in under 5 min. Will return to this location when I need auto parts. The customer service from Don is the #1 reason."

"Having issues with my truck battery and went there at my lunch break to get it tested. They said my battery was needing to be replaced. I asked if they would replace it she said yes. I told her I would be back after work. Came back later that evening after work and they told me they would not replace it for me. They looked like they were more interested in their personal conversation than helping me with my battery. Ended up going to O’reilly’s down the street and buying a battery from them. It took him about 30 min to replace it."
