Unfortunately the battery needed to be replaced, luckily Advance had the replacement and an employee named Kevin professionally changed it out and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. "Ordered part online and went to pick it up. Walked up to Xavier and let him know I was here to pick up a part. He went to get the part and then when he returned he printed out a receipt and said "sign this". Those were the only words he ever spoke to me and then looked away from me with a blank face. This is the first and last time I will do business here. Very disappointed...."
