"Very disappointed. I've been a Fabletics online VIP monthly member for years and visit the store on occasion. Came today and they had locked their doors 6 minutes prior to 6 pm closing time. I had a return to do and needed one pair of pants. Could've easily been in & out in 2 minutes. The employees looked directly at me and then turned their eyes away and ignored me. We drove over an hour to get to this Fabletics and the traffic made us much later than anticipated. Otherwise we would've been there at a more reasonable time than right at closing."

"I had a membership with them for a couple of years. I placed an order for two leggings and received one and the other one wasn’t delivered due to “incomplete address,” kind of silly when I did receive the other pair. I called May 2023 to receive a refund, I have called every month since then trying to see the status of this “check” that they keep issuing, by the way it takes 6 weeks! I still have not received the refund… it’s January 2024."

"Excellent costumer service. Wish I had asked for names. Had a return and it was a complicated situation. Ladies could have easily said they didn’t know but they took their time and were apologetic for the delay in them researching the situation. Which again, they didn’t have to do. Overall, exceptional. They were also very attentive to others shopping. Looking forward to returning."

"I went in to return an item. The employee was nice at first. Told me I could look around for an exchange. Then she proceeded to rush me and say she can't wait so she's going to just refund me. There wasn't even a line or people at the register. I guess they don't want me to buy things. I also had some questions, they didn't know the answers to them. They were just general questions about the fit of the clothes. Which is odd because you are the ones selling them. Honestly it was just a bad experience. They made me feel unwelcome and I don't know if I'd step back in that store."

"Very first visit today. I was buying some time as my new Rx glasses were being made a few stores down. I walked in and Rita (sales associate) greeted me with a huge smile. As an endurance athlete, I heard about this store and wanted to see what they had to offer. 60% off and a bag full later, I was very pleased. I am extremely picky with my clothes, and this store hit the spot. I will be coming back, and suggest you visit soon to obtain the huge discount. Stella (the store manager) was very professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied before exiting. New fan for sure."
