"Five star experience. I had a national brand shop tell me they couldn’t align my truck. They said the adjustments were maxed out due to the suspension lift. I thought that was strange because the truck was aligned a couple of times after the lift was installed. I brought the truck to DFW Frame and Alignment for a second opinion. They found that I had some worn front end suspension parts that were causing the issue. The repairs were made and front end aligned within the estimated time for the estimated price. I enjoyed the conversations I had with Mitch and Jimmy as well. I’ll be back the next time I have a repair need."
"Jimmy and Mitch were great-Honest and took care of my problem. Had some issues, but they handled it and delivered my truck to me so I didn’t have to make another trip. Very accommodating and pleasant. Recommend them for your front end needs! I truck drives so much better. Took it to 4 other dealers who could fix the issue…..they did!!!"
"I needed work done on my vehicle and already had a part that I wanted to be put onto my vehicle when he work was done. Everywhere else I called refused to put the part on for me even though I requested them to double check everything else and replace anything else that needed to be replaced before putting the part on I wanted. These guys were awesome! Explained everything going on with my vehicle and were very professional and didn't treat me like I was just a dollar sign. It was very refreshing!"
"Mitch and his shop are phenomenal. Unlike the countless vehicle repair shops, this Local Business has your best interest at heart. When they call you about your vehicle, you’re not getting a sales pitch, you’re getting how they can best serve you. They have never tried to “sell me” unnecessary services. When my wife took her car into them last week, I had zero concern of how she was going to be treated because I trust this shop to treat my wife the way she deserves to be treat.
