"Called and talked to Shawn. Nice guy and he asked that I come by to finalize my quote. OK, so I drove up there and his employee looked over the car and quoted me between $400-$500 to tint the whole car including the windshield, so I made an appointment. Day before I was to arrive, Shawn calls and says they will not honor their price and the new price would be $850 bucks. Informed him that I had the quote in writing and he offered to knock $100 off but still not honor his written quote. If a company will not warranty their quotes, I am sure they will not warranty their products either! Beware!"

"My advice – STAY AWAY! From start to finish, this was way too hard and too stressful – and my BRAND NEW car was ruined. First tint: After pointing out many flaws, Shawn promised to make it right by doing a reinstall. I made an appointment, but when I arrived at the shop, he did not have time to work on my car and I told him I would leave it ONLY if it were left in the garage. When I drove by at 6pm that day, my vehicle was outside the garage. The following day (Friday) Shawn promised to have the car finished. The car then sat in the shop Friday night because he didn’t get finished. Saturday, he called me and told me the car was not starting. After many tries and calls to the dealer and roadside assistance, the car was then towed to the Mazda dealer Monday morning. The Mazda dealer informed me that the body control module and connections were wet and that was why the car was not starting and all systems were malfunctioning. I looked up why this would happen and saw many instances of window tinting being the cause of this type of damage to a car’s computer. Water going behind the dash is usually the culprit, especially in my car as the module is below the steering wheel. This type of damage is not covered by warranty. For the second time on Monday, Shawn let my car leave his shop in terrible shape as far as windows and windshield being filthy, dried glue remnants on the dash and all the crevasses between the windshield and the dash. The glue remnants could have been caught by the simple act of putting a towel on the dash to protect it. There was still glue on the windshield which I would have to pay someone to deal with. The first time I picked up my car from Shawn after the initial install, the car was in the same shape…dirty windows, and remnants of tint were left on the floorboards. Both these incidents as well as leaving my car outside and not making sure that too much water went down into the windows and/or dash illustrate just how little regard Shawn had for my car. I did not trust him to try and fix things and I was not willing to give him a THIRD chance to try and make the tint look good (which it still did not after two tries). I filed an insurance claim against him and got a settlement for damages done to my car. Bottom line is, my new car will never be factory quality again, AND I still don’t have my windows tinted. Oh, by the way, the Mazda dealer (who actually know what they are doing with this vehicle) charge $200 to tint all the doors and Shawn charged me $900+ for the same job – only to mess up my car and not tint the windows. Good luck to you if you choose to go to this shop! Check out the photos for proof."

"Shawn and his wife were very helpful. Shawn's skills and experience shows. He managed to tint my taillights and headlights just like I wanted. I will go back again for future tinting needs. Cash discount, by the way!"

"Shawn was great to deal with. Brought my kiddos in with to pick up the car and he was amazing with them as well. Car turned out great as well. Only complaint...he wouldn't let me take his dog home."
