"Not only are these guys bad at their job .. but they were pushy up sellers for stuff my truck didn’t need. Then I caught them going through my glove box.. for an oil change??? Then they set my oil change reminder for 2k miles early?? Not sure what they took from the glove box but his oily finger prints were all over my stuff. Scam artists."

"While waiting for our oil change we heard an employee get a smart mouth with a customer who ended up leaving to get services elsewhere. They tried to upsell services to me (after checking the vehicle) that were not needed including changing the transmission fluid which had literally just been done so obviously not needed. Then they tried to over charge me. I was using a Groupon and had read the fine print and knew what the extra charges should be but they were charging more than advertised. I explained that charging more than advised is against the law and the guy ringing us up got mad and walked off and had a different employee finish ringing us up. I explained that they cannot charge more than what is advertised in the fine print and I was told they didn’t have to honor what Groupon says which is inaccurate and then my spouse pointed out the sign they had displayed by the register which literally said the same prices that the Groupon fine print said. The employee took the sign down and begrudgingly changed the price on my bill. I don’t feel this location is honest, transparent, or professional. I would not recommend."

"Charged me $500 to replace one belt 6 months ago. And now I need 2 belts because my car is making noise. And just to find out to replace 1 belt is around $175. So I basically got scammed. Don’t come here."

"Leaving the coolant reservoir cap and brake fluid cap off of my wife’s car is a habit I hope we don’t keep, unacceptable. I’d be calling and complaining in person if they were open. Luckily I smelled coolant after she got home and found it before it cause permanent damage."

"Needed an oil change so I brought my car to this location. From the time I made it in until the time I left the customer service that I received had to been some of the best I’ve ever experienced in life. Jake pinpointed every issue my car was having & also explained in deep detail the consequences if I choose to ignore these warnings. I’m a “YouTube do it myself kind of guy” but once he explained what it would take to replace brake fluid I was sold. Jake not only helped me with my vehicle but he also taught me a few new things today. If you would like to experience the customer service I would advise EVERYONE to come her. They’re great‼️"
