Updated, I need to change this review, left out truck there 12/06 called several times, we do understood that due to the bad weather it was taking a little bit longer, well it took almost a month, the owner told us that it was the computer and he was not able to find it anywhere, I searched for it, several places has it, please tell me that you don't work on my car because it is a 2002, that you don't want to work on it, that... Whatever but please don't came up with the type of excuse, as a patient customer a deserve more respect, please avoid this place, I don't give one star because don't like the description for it!! "Used to take my personal car and my company vehicles there for service. All of them got transmission issue. At first I saw this issue on one of othe company vehicle. I did think much. Then I found same issue with my new car and all the other company vehicles that were taken there for oil change and service. This is definitely not a conincidence."
"failed (expectedly) inspection due to check engine light being on just to figure out what it was failing for. refused to tell me why my car was failing inspection unless i pay ANOTHER charge for diagnostics, of which wasnt even rung up thru the register, pretty sure they pocketed it. was also advised to not even repair the problem and "hope" the check engine light doesnt come back on and of corse it did. just a waste of time while the reinspection date slowly expires."
