"Son bought a pair of boots for work and within two weeks they tore and their policy is if anything happens to the boots they will replace no question asked as long as it has to do with stitching or coming unglued ect... and that's exactly what happen. Went to take them back and they told him to give them two weeks and they would get back to him it's been about three months and haven't heard a word they keep giving him the run around. He's called to talk to manager and he's never there at least that's what they tell him"

"I have been dealing with them when they was on wwwhite rd and have not had any issues with them they have always been very helpful I have been wearing the same boots for atleast 10 years my last pair finally failed after 5 years and they was able to take care of me went to the brand of boot web site and they was a 100.00 more than what I pay with them no issues with them and will continue to use them as long as they are in business"
