"I had my wisdom teeth removed and was given a very low dose of pain medication for 3 days. I was still in severe pain after 3 days and requested a refill of pain medication. They told me they would give me ibuprofen but nothing else; that did nothing for the pain. I had notified the Doctor multiple times and even complained to corporate multiple times that I was in severe pain. They did nothing for me and told me I could go to the ER if I really needed pain medication. I cannot sleep with the amount of pain that I have but they do not seem to care. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone, seeing how they do not listen to their clients or care about the client’s quality of life."
"Nothing against the staff, but it feels like corporate is pushing these treatments that we don't really need. Suddenly, after almost 6 years of coming here, now I need $900 Gumix treatment? And increasing my cleanings to 3 months instead of 6 months? The recommendations almost sounded conditional on being seen again. A different doctor every time. A different hygienist every time. My advice is don't drink all the Kool Aid. Trust your gut and only choose the procedure that you actually need. If they keep pushing these extra unnecessary treatments, go with an independent/non-corporate dental office."

"This was my second visit to Brident Dental & Orthodontics. Appointment went smoothly. The staff Sandra, Leslie, and Pedro were awesome and very professional, skilled and friendly. Dr. Maria is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what's going on so there are no surprises. Very professional, calm, and friendly. Overall they made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest. Great dental experience!"
