The people are always so attentive to all the customers. I will always come to fleet feet for all my running shoes."

"Good selection of accessories. Surprisingly miinimal selection of Brooks running shoes, one of the most popular brands in running shoes. Employee was a bit rude, telling me "you're going to have to move" as I was looking as insoles. I understand that he was doing a gait analysis but (1) what a terrible place to do it and (2) there are many professional ways to say it and he selected an unprofessional option. Purchased a few items, but will order insoles and shoes online."

"This was my first experience at a "running" shoe store. I don't run by any means, but I figured I would check it out since the sizing and measurements sounded like they would lead to a better shoe than what I could do on my own. I think the website oversells it a bit. There was no walking, running, jogging to measure gait. Just stand on the pad thing and get the scan. The scan is nice and showed me a lot about my feet (one is almost a whole size larger than the other). That was my only disappointment with the visit. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The store was moderately busy but it didn't feel like anyone was left waiting around. Aiden assisted me through the process and I left with a very comfortable pair of shoes. From what I heard from the staff assisting other customers, they likely had similar experiences. Still on my first day wearing the shoes but I'm already starting to notice a difference."

"Wow all 4 service representatives came out to help what seemed like a never ending floor of customers. I went on 1/19/24 to look for shoes for for nursing, and running (novice) and Tee(T) I think that was her name was absolutely phenomenal. Helped me in every single way she could. Educated me on all things shoe and foot related to be comfortable and what my shoe style would be. She deserves a raise, to be praised by management, an award all the above for going above and beyond for me and I’m sure all the other customers she has helped. It was a busy Friday mid afternoon and everyone was being taken care of in the order that they arrived and everyone waited patiently thankfully. Both shoes were not in stock but Tee made sure I had the information for both shoes and made sure to remind me which was for nursing/running so that I could order them. She was amazing, and I would return many times again. Such friendly customer service from the whole team."

"Visited the Quarry location Monday morning and the associates were very nice and informative. It was a great experience and definitely will return to that location for my running needs. Went home with a pair of Brooks23 and a pair of Diadoras!"
