"This place was very unprofessional. Had went in for a root canal procedure. A dentist assistant was the individual that placed the shot to numb the gums after two minutes passed was given the waiver form to sign while he had already had placed the shots. Went back couple days ago to inform the dentist that the tooth he placed had a gap and was having food getting stuck after each meal and I told him another dentist informed me it wasn’t placed right. He checked and noticed the gap. Unprofessional location."

Also his assistant was very knowledgeable and nice in attending me. I have been with 2 other dentists and Dr Ochoa has been the best in my view. He cares."
"Terrible wait time & unorganized/unknowledgeable staff. went in for an appointment at 11 and did not go in until 2 almost 3 because the front desk lady was arguing with me over payments I had made 2 years prior my treatment. Everything was paid for her she was saying I owed money because prices had changed since then. STILL paid out of pocket it was RIDICULOUS! had my teeth extractions/ root canal done here and they were extremely rough with all the procedures performed. Went in to get my stitches removed and they left stitches! had to go back to get them removed!! the only upside was a wonderful assistant who had taken the time to make sure I was okay and helped me get through the procedure. Would not recommend this dentistry, will be switching dentists. 0/10."
