"Went on a holiday, so the store was very busy. Sometimes, it took 5-10 minutes for the only employee getting shoes for people to get the shoes they wanted to try on. I don't live in this state, so I likely won't be back, but I would shop here again. I thought the employees were nice and fairly helpful."
"The customer service was horrible. Out of three employees, I saw only one working and helping customers. The other two were just gossiping in the corner. I overheard another customer say that this Vans location felt like an Abercrombie & Fitch because the employees don’t want to help anybody. I ended up getting better customer service at Journey’s and was still able to find the Vans shoes that I wanted."
