"I’ve purchased at least 6 pairs of boots. Was loving them but the last two purchases have been sub par at best. The leather inside the upper at the heel base isn’t holding up. The first pair the heel leather ripped, and I couldn’t remove the boot without cutting the leather. Tecovas replaced them because it happened within three months of my purchase. Now the boots they sent me have the same issue. I had to cut the boot off because my foot was stuck. Same issue I had on a work boot. THE LEATHER JUST DOES NOT HOLD UP! I’ll post pics!"
"The customer service at this shop is top notch. The boots are amazing - I have more than a few pairs and I keep going back for more! But seriously, the customer service is the best- they went above and beyond to help me with a problem I had on an order online. The way they treated me makes me extremely loyal to the the brand (not to mention I love the quality of the boots especially at their price point). I will concede the shop can get a bit crowded at times, but I've never had an issue getting help when I sought it out. Plus, they give you free booze so like what's there to complain about? Lol"
