"I was in this store today, and I had a bad experience with one of the employees. I wanted to buy a pair of work boots and there was a pair on display in my size but one of the boots didn't fit me well I felt like it was a little smaller than the other and I asked one of the store assistants for help who did. He got me another pair in my size and he told me that the ones you have in your hand are the size you are looking for. and I told him you know, I measured these and one of the boots I feel is smaller, his response was they're going to break a little bit, in short he didn't want to get me another pair and he insisted with his phrase, do you know if we're going to the store? When measuring a pair of boots you want to be sure of what you buy and feel that they are comfortable. So I had to leave the store. I never knew why the employees are there offering their help, telling you if you need help my name is X and in the end when you ask for help they don't help you. This is not a complaint I just want to let customers know, at the end of the day that is the purpose of this page."

"Came in with the family to have my hat shaped. Ended up buying a few additional shirts. The employees helping on the floor and the employees shaping hats were great. The employees hanging around the counter and working the counter were rude and unprofessional. Some retraining in CX would go along way."

"I'm absolutely amazed by this huuuuuge selection of cowboy boots, hats and other cowboy related clothes including belts and wallets. The products are well made and the price reflects it, but I still think the prices are very fair. The staff is very attentive and ready to help, as I was asked 3 times by different staff members if I needed help within 30 min. Bit it didn't feel like they wanted to sell you on something, just really wanted to help if help was needed. The shelves were also orderly and the store clean. There were a lot of parking spots available."

"This store is amazing with this huge collection of items and different cloths from the local culture and history of Texas. It's a clean and well displayed place for all these boots and cowboy hats with multiple forms and colors for all ages...you need many hours to check all the stuff they have there!!! The best boots and hats are really expensive and handmade....but there are items and prices for everyone. It seems like a museum...with the whole building in a wood construction style. I liked it a lot...and I recommend it to everyone too."
