"I tried to call but every department automatically hangs up after a short dial tone. I lost an item I bought after seeing a big hole in my bag and was calling in to see what the process was. Whether you dial Customer service desk, food, apparel, electronics... it starts a dial tone and then just hangs up. I now have to go back to the store for instructions, instead of talking to someone during business hours."
