"I stopped coming here for a while due to a number of reasons. Decided to give it another try this past Tuesday and I was truly impressed. The atmosphere, service and quality was amazing. I can’t recall the woman’s name, but she was super friendly and accommodating. Although the Chic fil a traffic can be a headache at this location. I will become a regular again. Gourmet vegetarian is my fave!"

"I rarely make my own pizza dough or pizza anymore. Between Papa Murphy's and Legacy in New Albany, they pretty much cater to my veggie pizza needs and desires. For the price and effort, Papa Murphy's gourmet veggie pan pizza cannot be beat. Very tasty variety of toppings and the crust crisps up incredibly well."

"We waited for over 40 minutes to have our pizza made. We were told they had to make the orders ahead of ours. There were times there was noone else in the store. I watched numerous people walk in place an order and walk out with their pizza and we were still waiting. If you want a pizza in a timely manner, go somewhere else! Not enough staff that know what they are doing! It is because of service like this that these stores eventually shut. Great pizza... Horrible managing of this store!"
