Papa Johns Pizza

"This is what was just delivered to me. Did they even look at it? It is the sloppiest looking mess I have ever seen. The meat lovers looks like it was two pizzas pieced together. The beef and green pepper one looks like the green peppers was just tossed in the center and nothing was spread to the edge. Their standards has gone down horribly. I am also still waiting on 20% back on an order from over a month ago where they forgot part of my order. This is absolutely my last time giving them a chance. You eat with your eyes first and apparently they didn't use theirs to make our food. Such a shame that this is acceptable for them. Bring John back."

"My pizza looked as if it had been dropped or about hit the floor. It is as almost not worth eating, but I was hungry and very disappointed."

"I just had the worst experience at your Charlestown Road, New Albany Indiana location. First, I call to place a carry out order and my call is answered by a call center where the representative was too busy trying to talk over me and up sell me to take my order correctly. He couldn't even tell me the cost of extra toppings. Then I proceeded to go pick up my pizza, but the lobby is closed, so I wait close to 30 minutes in the drive thru, reach the window and my pizza is wrong. I was then told they could make it again but I'd have to go back through the line. My boyfriend then asked for the manager as obviously that is a bit excessive, the female manager the comes to the window and yells that we can get a replacement or a refund, but we needed to move or she was going to call the cops. We had yet to even be asked to move yet and then this woman comes threatening the cops? Yeah, that is beyond unacceptable. If that is the type of person you have representing your company I want no part of it. We had been nothing but polite up to that point. That woman should definitely not be working with the public! Between the ridiculous call center ordering process and the rude manager threatening to call the police on us for their mistake, I will never go to another Papa Johns."

"There was a bug of some sort running around on my pizza !!! The manager was very understanding but I will not be back here ! I’m still unsure what bug I’m looking at"

"I ordered delivery on Papa Johns app and it came through DoorDash. Now I don’t typically have a problem with DoorDash but when I got my food my pizzas cheese was smeared at the top. Besides that the flavor was fantastic. Papa John’s has the best garlic dipping sauce around! And their cheese sticks and cheese sauce are top tier! They’re crust on the pizza is a bit much and always has been, but it’s good dipped in some type of sauce so it’s not super dry"
