"I went in to redeem my son's book-it pizza coupon and buy an additional personal pan for my other son. The employee at the counter was very nice and helped up right away. They were out of personal Pan size, so they offered to do one medium pizza, half cheese and half pineapple based on my 2 kids topping preferences. They messed up and gave us a medium all pineapple. I was okay with that pizza, but they told me they were going to give me another medium for messing up. I said no, but they told me to wait as it was already being made. We waited patiently. They gave us 2 mediums for the price of a personal size and the guy who I assume is the manager was even going to give us credits on our account because we had to wait! I declined as they had already been more than fair to us. It was great customer service and we'll be back again when my son gets his next book-it coupon!"
"I ordered pizza tonight, never got a text that it was delivered or a knock. finally go outside to check its been sitting out side for at least 15 minutes. Pizza ALSO had no cheese and was ice cold"
"Pizza Hut has a new manager, the fellow informed me of the specials and I was able to score a large stuffed crust supreme with a six pack of 20 ounce sodas, and a box of Cinnabon's for 29 bucks! Before this I was at another pizza place of a different brand and spent 70 bucks and Purchased less! It was fabulous and my experience of eating in the restaurant was peaceful, I enjoyed the fact that there was not a lot of people during the pre-– dinner timeframe. I particularly like their onions, something about their onions is amazing and completely frames the best of the flavors, making my taste buds pop. Next time I want to try their bakes."
"I ordered my food over the phone and the guy Archie was so nice. There was a miscommunication and Archie was so nice about it and more than willing to replace it with another pizza which was more than appreciated. Restaurants need more Archie’s lol."
"I think they are under new management from what I’m seeing from previous reviews because when I went today it was a great experience. I haven’t tried the food yet but I needed to write a good review because the experience was good! The guy was working alone and my food didn’t take long at all and it looks sooooo good. The guy was super nice too ! If you’ve given a bad review try again and maybe try during the day instead of at night when they are close to closing."
