"I've been in Panera Bread stores all over the country and this was the dirtiest. Look at the dish return/trash area. There was barely enough room for my used napkins. And the men's room was disgusting."

"Had dinner at Panera this evening. It's been a while since I've had it for dinner. I got the chipotle chicken avocado melt and the broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. The half sandwich was ok but the very runny Mac and cheese was served at room temperature like it had been setting out off the heat for quite a while. I had to ask for it to be microwaved. I almost didn't want it because it was so runny (see pic). I was hoping it would be thick like Mac and cheese should be. It's almost as if water or milk was added to make it look like a bigger portion. Pretty disappointing since I spent $21 on the meal. I could have had something way better for that price."

"This Panera should have been better prepared for holiday travelers. They were out of many ingredients so ordering was problematic, they ran out of soup and only had broccoli soup, the latte machine was down, the coffee was cold, and to top it off, one of the two stalls in the bathroom was locked because it had no toilet paper. All of these problems can not be attributed to one delivery being delayed."

"The food was great, and the lady who took our order( I should have asked for her name) was really sweet and patient 10/10. I got the teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl. It was amazing!"

"Pit stop on a long trip for a treat. Modest sized parking. Large interior. Medium bread and bagel selection. One thing I appreciate about Panera is they donate bread that doesn’t sell. The customer rep was pleasant and friendly. Smiles. Thank you for brightening my stop"
