"This place is great to go to but the man at the checkout has always been rude to us and we have been coming for years. We were checking out and paid cash and kept smarting off to us about our order. We paid cash and he gave us our cash back and continued to smart off with a dirty look saying “thanks for the tip we appreciate it” since I didn’t leave him a tip and he smarted off about it and was being a jerk! The last time we came, he added a tip to our card without permission. We don’t tip places like this that act like that! It’s very frustrating and every time we come here, I dread checking out."

"My husband and I came in off the American Queen Countess on Saturday and got a cheese and jalapeño bagel. I wouldn't have gotten the bagel if I known it had jalapeño in it, and I'm so happy I didn't know, because I would have missed out on the best bagel I've ever had!!"
