"If it was for reviews I wouldn't own anything! I gave Alfa the benefit of the doubt and ordered a pair from in the store in San Antonio on Saturday. Alex was super helpful and said my boots would ship in 2 - 5 business days. My boots arrived at my door the following Tuesday. Granted I do live in Texas, but that's a pretty quick turnaround. I unboxed them and immediately put them on. Talk about craftsmanship and comfort! If you're shopping for boots, don't look past Alfa Western Wear. They have earned a loyal customer in Seguin, TX! I asked for a refund and was promised one. I’ve been trying you contact them for 3 months they will not answer the phone nor email. All I would like is MY MONEY!! 0/10 don’t recommend"

"I love the boots but I just hate how one of the boot hole looks bigger then the other. I can feel how loose the boot is compared to my other boot. Other then that nothing to complain about."

"These are my first two pair. Great boots and great price. I am excited to be receiving my 3rd and 4th pair. I had to do an exchange on a pair and worked with Jesse (owner) and Velma (customer service) and it could not have been an easier process. You have to pay to ship the exchange pair but that is just fair with their boot pricing. Great people providing a great product at a great price. Just added my next 3 pair photos for a total of 5 pair. Great boots at a fantastic price. Bought my last two pair at the San Antonio store all folks were fantastic."
