"Customer service is excellent, I was late for my movie and arrived about 45 minutes late, they quickly exchanged my ticket for a later showing and I was able to watch the whole movie in its entirety. Only downfall is the seats really suck and not only are uncomfortable, but are way to close together. They should be grouped in pairs, with a decent sized break inbetween each pair. Those rooms aren’t selling out, it’s Kyle. Why wouldn’t you make the seats better instead of having more of them?"
"This movie theater is a great experience to enjoy watching a movie with the family. My son and I always like coming here and watching the new movies. It's always clean and we don't have to wait to long to get our food and drinks."
"Came to this location with a unscheduled large group (20 people) and wanted to highlight the quality service and experience my group had. The environment was clean and staff was friendly. Kristen (bartender/food service) provided an superb service to my group. She was kind, genuine, patient, with strong multitasking skills. She problem solved every issue and made our first time experience extraordinary. The food was AMAZING. We all had a great time. Arcade had minor issues but staff quickly tended to any reported problems. Also my food was well seasoned, hot, and tasty. Kristen definitely deserves some type of recognition from the upper management team as she navigated our large party with the most positive attitude. She is THE example of quality customer service."
"Great theater lots of parking clean movie, rooms, bowling drinking all kinds of fun. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking to take your family or friends."
"Had such a good time with my kiddos. Staff was friendly. Wasn't too busy during 5pm on Friday. The bartender was friendly. Beer was cold, and football was showing on the TV's. A good place to take your kids if you're south."
