"What a joke of a business. Wife and I showed up for an already placed online order for a 12:25 pickup, only to show up to a paper sign that said they're closed until 3pm. Why would you not have your hours updated online or your online order system adjusted accordingly? It wasn't just us, as another person showed up with a similar issue. The lone employee inside refused to at least come to the door to help cancel the order or help us understand what the best course of action should be. All we got was a shaking head and a thumbs down motion from inside the store without trying to talk to us. Even if it's out of your hands, a simple explanation would make all the difference. I would never recommend such a poor experience to anyone."
"I like their smoothies but their ingredients are often out and the wait time is bad. I've been here 30 minutes waiting for our smoothies and counting the minutes with 3 children in the car. The wait time is always long and the workers are slow moving"
"The workers are super nice, but clearly over worked. There was only one worker at one point, and the drive thru was closed. The general space is a mess and there is not a single table that’s not sticky or covered in food. The chicken caeser wrap was made completely incorrect and fell apart the second I opened it. The avocolada smoothie was good, but wait times are super long."
"I have given this place too many chances. I am now done. They are always out of some key ingredient. Previously they launched mango smoothies and then they could not make them because they were always out of mango. Seriously. Today they took 20 minutes to make a chicken pesto flat bread and a smoothie just to be told they were out of pineapples. The inside of the store is also filthy behind the counter. All I can say is when they opened they were good, but now everything has hit rock bottom. I won't be back."
"The people who work here are very kind but the food is sub par. I have been disappointed in my meals multiple time due to the amount given vs the price. The Thai chicken salad is made so small. It’s hardly the size of a side salad and has come with the Parmesan crips instead of the wontons and it makes a very odd flavor combination. They also repeatedly get online orders incorrectly and I’ve been there many times because it’s close to work but the tiny salad today will be the last time I visit unfortunately."
