"The fact that I’m a daily customer me and my wife Esmeralda come here everyday and to have this lady be rude to us and ignore the fact that we had placed an order via mobile and still ignored my wife and myself. After my wife mentioned that she was waiting for already 30 min the lady which we did not get her name still ignored our ticket and proceeded to make everyone else’s order. A gentleman who was moping the floor was called over to make my order. The drive through was not full nor the lobby all she had was about 3 orders in which she took care of the walk in customers first then our mobile order. Here is the picture of this rude lady. We have never had a problem with this location at all as the manager knows my wife because she’s a daily customer."

"They have 6 sexuality rainbow flags taking up all the glass windows, can you tell me what the need for this is? It gets more ridiculous by the day, can we just go get a coffee without having the alphabet agenda thrown down our throat? We’re so tired of this"

"Always love visiting this location. The staff are friendly and courteous, the beverages always taste like you expect, and I’m not sure I could find Grogu hiding in plain sight anywhere else in Kyle. Also they’re dog friendly and have lovely patio seating outside. Just a heads up I believe I saw a sign outside saying this location may be closing 3/20. I hope it’s not true; did not get to confirm inside. There’s no drive-thru, but this location is great for sitting and enjoying a beverage with company or working in a nice, comfortable setting. Please visit if you get the chance!"

"They have a cute blessings wall. Love the concept of helping the community but not sure about sanitary items. Idk. Lol drink was delicious but I really don't like the paper straws they are so gross after a few minutes. Still gave 5 because it isn't their fault"

"Very busy at 3:15 pm when I stopped in. Ordered the seasonal Juniper Latte. Came out quickly despite the crowd inside. I tried to use an offer that would give me a drink for $3 after 3 pm from the phone app. They could not get it to work so they gave me the drink for free!!! Excellent customer service. Instead of disappointing a customer when the app did not work, I walked away happy. Great job Starbucks! I like this store, glad it is close by."
