"We have been going to this Applebee's since we moved to Kyle in 2013. Yes, I know that Applebee's restaurants are the butt of many a joke, but for us it is reliable. You know what you're going to get. There has been spotty service in the past, but since covid we have only done take-out. Last take out was very fast."
"We decided to go to Applebee's for dinner on the 12th of January it wasn't a good experience. I spoke with the GM Thank you!!!!! My family and I came in this evening for dinner on 1/26/2024 our server Sidney,was absolutely amazing, friendly,fast, professional, polite.she went above and beyond. She would be an awesome trainer. She said she only been there a few weeks, you wouldn't know it.We will diffinity come back to see Sidney again.The food was fresh and hot, our steaks were cooked to perfection everything was amazing."
"Waited almost 10 minutes to be seated in a empty restaurant. Finally we asked for a booth and they can’t seat us at any because they are all dirty. The guy who sat us said he didn’t care where we sat his shift was over and said the waitress would be out shorty. By the time she showed up we had our order ready. Our food came out incomplete. The fries were 2 different types most were soggy from fryer oil. Never again"
"Good restaurant! My first ever visit to Applebees and I wasn’t disappointed. It was busier as it was 4th of July weekend. Our order was mixed up and took a while to get the correct one but it tasted amazing"
"I've been here 2 times in a week, and BOTH times, the service was no good. Waited 1.5 hrs for food and after I said no pico due to being allergic to onions, this is what I get........watched 5 sets of people who came after us two leave before us.....asked to get our food to go and still shorted our items!!! Like WTH!!! Get the manager you had back during COVID....he was definitely the best thing you had at this Kyle location..."
