"Every employee was rude and unhelpful, except the dressing room ladies,whom were very nice. The cashiers were all having personal,side conversations about their weekend. Didn't ask how we were,only waved us up to them. They kept talking about inappropriate things while ringing our items up. Didn't say a total,so I had to ask. Then after paying,cashier just handed us a bag and said nothing. For the price of these clothes, the employees need to treat us customers way better. I didn't even want to give the 1 star I gave."
"I asked my fiancé to come look at something I tried on, a lady from the sales floor came and literally yelled at him and said he couldn’t be back there. Apparently, this is a common occurrence at this location. Do better."
"The store is always clean and inviting but the employees seem unapproachable or sometimes rude. Went to try on a jacket in the fitting room with my 4 year old son at 6:00pm. While I was trying on the jacket, the employee or maybe manager BANGED (and I mean BANGED) on the wall next to my fitting room to tell me the fitting rooms were closed (TWO HOURS before the store closed). There was no sign that stated it was closed. She then proceeded to tell me I could use the MALE fitting room “if I’m comfortable.” ZERO customer service. I didn’t get her name but this happened on 9/26/2023 around 6pm. She was wearing a blue suit. About 5’6 or so. Curly hair pulled back in a ponytail. Needs to be retrained."
