"I have to say from walking in there wasn't to much pride in working or looks on their faces of willingness to help. Customer service was at its lowest, being that we were the only ones in the store we still had to go look for staff to get sizes. Mall was close to its closing time when we were purchasing, I had then walked away to realize I had left/lost my car keys at the store. I went back the gate was already down and I still proceeded to ask if they had seen my keys both employees including so called manager Jonas stood there and answered no without moving but only using their eyes to look. I get that closing times you don't want to continue to work, but I gave them business and expected some courtesy. Because of them not looking I had to get my car towed and get a ride. Next day I went back to look and guess what I FOUND THEM !!! Staff cost me time and money that wasn't necessary if they had been courteous enough to look properly. Thank you for your superb work Jonas and not saying sorry."
