"The team at this store is very unprofessional, the items are very cute but the staff is rude and unwilling to help. They sit on the counters and gather to gossip while customers need help. Very disappointing reflection of what the company stands for. The employees don’t realize that the customers making purchases is what justifies their paychecks. "I absolutely love this store. I find the cutest cloths for my nephews and nieces. The team always helps me with sizes. I went today and sales associate Harlie helped me find a birthday outfit for my nephew. I’ve gone into a few stores in the mall but they really go above beyond to help find what I need. I can’t wait to come back to shop for Christmas gifts."

"Manager is horrible. I entered the store, with my daughter who was in her stroller. As I walked towards the back of the store one of your employees and only employee on the floor proceeded to ignore me and went into the back to the employee area, when she closed the door that made a very large poster come down and hit my child in the face. I am very disgusted by the lack of empathy by all of the employees at that store. Not once did they come up and make sure my daughter was ok or bear any type of responsibility. Things could have been way worse, the employees and manager need repercussion and training in decency and handling this type of situation. The manager was absolutely disgusting and I have contacted regional and district. Never shopping at that store again."
