"Would not release a $6 polo shirt since I was not the person ‘authorized’. Would not accept picture of ID of person who was. She’s 7 months pregnant and we live in Elmendorf Tx. Then I get my bag thrown at me since I ‘threw it’ up on the counter first. Completely unacceptable. The ‘manager’ Patty was zero help. Please educate your staff. Nyla had zero customer service skills."

"I like this store. The manager is helpful and polite. I like buying my son's clothes here...I see bad reviews about the store being messy. It only gets like that bc people come n disorganize it. Hello. It is a mall. When do you see people unfold n re-fold what they grabbed. 1 out of 10 will. other than this I have seen cashier's w no Customer service skills. But that can be fixed. I wish the company has more printed shirts other than dinosaurs, video games, and such. Maybe some cartoon characters or something."

"Jenn is a terrible manager. She couldn't give me any information about an order that I had an email confirmation and order# for. She couldn't provide me with any status on the order. It was an "in-store" pickup which is usually available the same day and a week had already passed. I went and found the item right there in the store and she wanted me to re-buy it at full price since she didn't know anything about my order even though I showed her the email. I also had a package there and she wanted me to sign for it but wouldn't let me check the bag to make sure my order was correct. She said that I couldn't look at the items until I signed. I said but if I sign and then check the package and I'm missing items, you're going to say well, "you signed for it". And she said yep, thats the policy. Sneaky company and horrible employees."
