"Delivered food to the manager here and she tip-baited me. Removed her tip after she happily accepted the food from me so I got paid $2 for the order. Can only imagine how she cuts corners with her own staff."
"OMG, the worst carters I have ever been. The lady is rude, when you call if they pick up they will put you on hold for 15 minutes. Not the best location. I avoid this place as much as I can even tough it’s close to my house."
"My wife went in on June 17th in the morning when it opened. A short hispanic woman in her 30s with long nails opened the door and gave a nasty face to my wife. She didn't even acknowledged her presence. We're not expecting people to roll out the red carpet for us but when someone says hi or good morning with nothing but a nasty face it already says the service you're going to receive. Shes made the pick up order difficult as my wife had the order number but there was an issue with the phone number. We spent a little over 1000 with this place and honestly I don't want to give this establishment anymore business if this is how you treat your customers. Like I get it if you hate your job but don't let that reflect on your customers and leave your personal issues at home."
"We are absolutely blessed with this location! The ladies are so kind and always greet my children with hugs and smiles. They help my kids pick out clothes that they want and are extremely caring. Thank you for going above and beyond Carter's!"
