"The nice ladies that used to work there are no longer there. Now there are just rude, loud ladies there. If you put money in a machine and forget to push start, you're out of money, because they will not turn the machine on for you. They want you to put more quarters in. I made an honest mistake but one of the ladies acted like she didn't trust me and wasn't courteous enough to give me quarters to restart the machine. I guess they don't pay them enough to be courteous, too."
"Don't ever go here. Defective, overpriced, machines. Rude staff. And they don't speak English, or at least pretend they don't. $6 machines that cost $3 down the street. I asked for change in English and was told "no change" in Spanish. How are you supposed to make money if you can't make change? This place is just awful. There's at least five more within a mile of this place, and all of them are better"
"Washing isn't bad but when you get to drying... 1/3 of them don't work and 1/3 of them get luke warm the other 1/3 are spread sporadically throughout the building. Finding them was like a real life game of Where's Waldo?"
