"What an absolute joke. You virtually demanded d that I check out my own items, but when you need a pack of underwear or razor blades g god For us you carry them to the front with the rest of your purchase. Went tonight to try for the second time to buy what we needed. Had to push their “call for assistance button” 5 times! No one ver showed up until a Latin lady stopped and asked if we needed help. Told her what we needed, shows her the exact product and size and she still didn’t understand English enough. Ended up having to get it myself but then she insists on taking the product to the longest line in the store ( you know since you only employ two cashiers). She could have handed it to self check out, but no, in the time I have stood here waiting to give your company money and write this review, one person in front of the line has successfully checked out. I get that the Walton children want to protect their luxury lifestyle and that there are dishonest people in the world that believe that they should just take what they want without paying, however if you’re going to make it this inconvenient, I hope your sales plummet. At the very least if this is your business model put a damn cashier in the department like you did make up and beauty. Guess you never thought of that. Oh wait you did however you fail to ever staff it. Sam Walton. Holy this company on service, he is probably rolling in his grave at how you destroyed it. Figure it out, hire competent workers or go back to having actual employees to do a job instead of putting that. Onus on the backs of your customers"

"MY first time picking up items that my husband ordered online, It was different for me because I went into the store and the lady at the door said i have to park and some one will bring it to me. I am not use to that. Because I can still walk and get my own stuff."
