"Fantastic experience at Discount Tire I -35 Round Rock. Hit a pothole this morning and by this afternoon, the car told me that it couldn’t go any faster than 50 mph. Brought the car back to this location (I bought the tires here) at 4:30 pm. They had a line out the door. The line went fast. The employees were very friendly and efficient, thank you Tony! And the job was covered with the warranty I bought. It’s always pays to get the warranty. Always. Been buying my tires at Discount Tires for years and that warranty has saved me more than once. Today’s visit was $0 because I had the warranty. It would have been $225. The warranty cost me $48 for a new one in the new tire. WORTH IT! My only gripe is that at busy times, they don’t have a lot of parking. All in all though five stars! I recommend them."

"Since I needed a set of new tires, I made an appointment online for Tuesday morning at 10:15am and brought my car in for them to do the work. I had to wait around 5 minutes for someone to assist me, take a look at the car, then pick the tires that I wanted to install. During the conversation, I was told that because I made the appointment ahead of time, I will be out of the shop within 45min. I was skeptical but when I got my car around 10:55am, I was pretty darn impressed. Kudos to the team for making this experience so painless. I highly recommend this store and I will also strongly suggest booking an appointment in advance, assuming it is not an emergency flat tire situation."

"Overall good visit. Positives: those with appointments are helped first. Plan ahead and stay ahead of the lines. Fast service even though the location is super busy. Appointment was truly an appointment as they started working on my truck at the time of the appointment and finished exactly 45 minutes later as indicated. Negatives: long lines at the front in the customer service area and often at times only 1 person up front. Insufficient seating for everyone, seats are very dated as well and should really be replaced. Tire pressure for my new tires were not adjusted to spec for vehicle. Everything was at 70 psi and truck was to be at 60 psi for front and 65 psi for back. The blue protectant on the white lettering was all over the tires when I left and quite embarrassing for a tire shop not to take pride in their work and properly clean the blue off before retiring car to customer."

"I had an appointment to have a set of tires installed. Upon arrival at this store I was "blown away" by how nice and clean this store was. It has a modern "up to date" appearance unlike the competition such as PepBoys. This store is less than a year old. Tony, who I believe to be the Manager, does a good job with this store. The store was well staffed. I was greeted by Terry immediately before even stepping out of my vehicle. He was friendly and had a nice smile. I was checked in quickly. The very experienced technician Wilfredo was assigned my tire job as I had requested careful attention to my wheels, and for a top notch person to do the work. Wilfredo was the man. He was very careful with the tire install so as not to damage the wheels. He did a perfect job and I drove away super happy. I highly recommend this Discount Tire store. By the constant stream of customers coming in the door I can safely assume it has a great reputation."
