"I went in to purchase a small bulb/turn signal for my car. My manual said I'd have to remove the car battery to install the bulb. So I was expecting to have to do that myself! The staff was so helpful & offered to take a look to see if they could install it for me. In the end Patrick was able to get it in there from under the wheel well! I was ecstatic as I'd been avoiding this task for months! Thank you for exceptional & excellent customer care!"

After one of the two employees at the counter started taking customers that just walked up i left my things on the counter and left the queue. I will never shop here or any of their stores."
