"Many thanks to Payton. I was traumatized, my driver side windshield wiper blew off during a storm on 10/23/23. I had recently had them replaced at a different company, which was closed when this happened. I stopped at OReillys purchased a wiper, however it could not be put in cause it was raining, I stopped by OReillys this morning at 7AM, Payton not only put in the new wiper he also checked the other one to make sure they were on there securely. I was on my way in 5 minutes. Payton, you helped me out today, and for that I am grateful, you are a tremendous asset to your company! Keep up the good work.
