"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot begin to thank the team at Round Rock Nissan Parts! They went way above and beyond what was expected. I had called and ordered a couple of bolts. When i went to pick them up, they ended up being the wrong parts. The team then spent another 20 minutes with me to locate the correct bolts. Fantastic team!! Thank you Round Rock Nissan Parts Department!!!"

"I would like for whomever replied to my last review to please re-read it, as I never complained about price or aftermarket parts. My problem is that I entered all my vehicles information correctly, including my VIN and still received the wrong parts. I was asking for clarity on the return policy, since it was the parts departments fault. I was also disappointed it has now taken 3 weeks with no communication from the parts department"

"Always check your parts!! They had a sale on parts back in February so I picked up pads and rotors for my Frontier, since I would be needing to do them in the next couple months. I entered my my Year/Make/Model and VIN. When I went to replace the front brake pads they were the wrong size. Sent in return request over a week ago, no answer. Saw on the website that they don't take returns after 30 days. I sent in request for clarity since this was their mistake, if there were any exceptions still no answer."

"Worse experience ever. I ordered a Cargo Trunk Cover almost 3 weeks ago after trying to order it in person and was told they didn’t make it for my model truck...how? When you can clearly see one should’ve been on there, so I went on they website and ordered it myself. Going into 3rd week...I haven’t heard anything nor do I have my order. I been sitting on the phone now going on 30min. Whatever my vehicle don’t have, it’s not gone have if I gotta order or go through Nissan... Ridiculous!!!"
